you topless mermaid bitch.

hope you all had a good weekend.

i wish i could give you all a great big hug for putting up with my 'videos' recently.
thanks for indulging me.
i promise you this:
future vlogs will have a purpose.
at least, a purpose deeper than introducing
you to my shirt.
which i returned, btw.
hilarious, but not really wearable.
turns out i just don't have the pleated, acid-washed jeans the shirt demanded to be worn with. sads.
thanks, old navy, i'll take my sixteen bucks back.
yeeeah.

anywho. i have some goodies to share today,
in lieu of hugs.

its hot as hades here in the atl, and if i'm having my coffee out of the house (read: out of the a/c)
then i find myself ordering iced or frozen bevvies more and more often.
i also find that i want to slap myself in the face for paying so much for a coffee

if it had booze in it, (or came with a hot dog) sure...
you topless mermaid bitch!
i lovehate you! i hatelove you!

so i figured i'd whip up some frappuccinos at home.
i found a sweet tutorial that gives great
step-by-step instrucciones.
yay!
(via moneysavingmom)
go to money saving mom here to check it out!
she uses a magic bullet, and i don't have one of those (well, not the kind you'd find in your kitchen anyway)
so i just used my trusty blender.
yum.

i always seem to enjoy things more when they're set to a killer soundtrack.
take garden state, for example.
one of my favorite soundtracks.

or pretty in pink, the sound of music, out of africa; what would these incredible films be without their soundtracks?
perhaps they would look something like this:

ok, maybe there are a few discrepancies: london/africa, austria/germany, whatever.
she does look pretty in pink, though.

today, my marenting duties are being done to the sounds of the new coldplay.
(via amazon)
